What kind of events are ideal for live calligraphy or engraving?
Whether your special event is an intimate dinner party, a fundraising gala, an annual awards show, or inside a luxury department store, my job is to provide on-site entertainment and a memorable experience for your guests, clients, customers.Previous events include:

Who provides the favors or giveaways?
The client is generally responsible for providing the items that will be personalized, however I am more than happy to provide recommendations for booked clients. If you need assistance in sourcing the items, we can add that service for a fee. -
Do you have a team for larger events?
Yes! It’s all about community over competition over here. For large events (150+ guests), I recommend having more than one artist. This helps with the flow of traffic for a seamless guest experience and ensure each guest will receive their personalized item in a timely manner. If your event requires multiple artists, I will put together a team of trusted and talented artists. -
Do you travel?
Do I travel. ABSO-FREAKING-LUTELY. Say less, let’s go! My customization kit and supplies are compact and travel friendly, making me the ideal option for special events, destination weddings, and location-specific parties. -

What types of personalization services do you offer?
I offer calligraphy & lettering, hand-engraving, heat foiling, wood-burning, and painting.
Calligraphy & Lettering - Whether its traditional nib and ink, or your paint marker, lettering is perfect for gift tags to textured totes.
Engraving - Using a micro-drill, I etch words, letters, and designs into the surface of almost any item. Glass, metals, stone, and even some plastics - no surface is safe here!
Heat Foiling - With a heat tool and some shiny foil, turn your leather goods, some plastics, and silk ribbons into an elevated keepsake. -
How many items can be customized at an event?
There are a few factors to consider here:- The service type that was selected (ie. engraving vs. wood burning)
- The surface of the item to be customized (ie. glass vs. leather)
- Individual customization requests (ie. 1-3 words vs. initials)To give you an idea of what's possible, here's an estimate for each service:
Hand-lettering: 35-45 items per hour
Hand Engraving: 35-45 items per hour
Embossing: 25-35 items per hour
Hot foiling: 25-30 items per hour
Painting: 10-15 items per hourFor higher guest counts, additional artists can be added to meet demands.

What items can we personalize?
The world is your oyster! Most surfaces are compatible with at least one of my services.
Examples of customizable surfaces:
- Glassware, barware, mugs
- Metal or aluminum bottles, cups, tumblers
- Tote bags or other baggage
- Wines, spirits, liquor
- Fragrances, cosmetics, skincare
- Wallets, passport holders, luggage tags
- Notebooks, padfolios
- Charcuterie boards, marble coasters, candles -
What do you need for set-up?
The good news is that I come prepared with (almost) everything I need to make your vision come to life. The best part? Minimal space is required, making it easy to incorporate into the event design.
The only things I need from you are:
- Table and chair
- Adequate lighting
- Place to display or store items to be customized
- Access to power (3-prong outlet) for hot foiling or embossing services -
Can you customize items before an event?
Yes! If there’s a logo or a standard word/name/title you wanted on each of your items before we personalize, we can definitely accommodate that! -
What if I don't have an event but just want something customized?
No event necessary! I offer studio commissions for single items or gifts - or even bulk orders for influencers or product launches. Our studio is based in Anaheim. Clients are expected to either drop off or pick up in person, or have their item(s) shipped directly to our location.
